Project | 01 New Digital Media Platforms: from conceptualization to launching
City digital interactive board: External touch interactive screen, named SmartBusShelter. Team co- leader of the product, with responsbility in product designing, business model, analytics and content curation for this new media platform, teaming with engineers, developers, ux designers and creatives. Launching plan starting in december 2015
Other products Portal WIfi product definition, with a strong CRM Strategy behind and contact plan to develop action plans. The portal generates more than 100K montlly active users.
Contractless/NFC project: Strategic product design, identify data sources and define utility services for citizens. Internet of things seed project On it's way to be released ASAP.

Project | 02 Making Big Data understandble for Business Decision and Communication Strategies
We had the challenge to listen social buzz about Barcelona's TOPs buzz topics citizens where worried about to deliver dataviz infographies and usefull visual information to make easly and agile decision making for efficient communication strategies. The word Barcelona has more than 100.000 daily online mentions
We created a customized datavis online solution, and designed processing systems for unstructered social datasets, in order to release daily and montly reports.
Project | 03 Strategic Conceptualitzacion for a complex Social Media Landscape: Audience and Engagement. Case Study (by Hootsuite)
Strategic conceptualization, business model and execution development to build and manage a complex Social Media Landscape, with more than 500 accounts, including content strategy, customer service, socials ads, as well as defining rules and processes.
The results of this strategic project have driven Barcelona City Council to be +1400% social reach growth in one year.
The project mixed big data insights, boosting innovative processos and empowering public servants in a way that led to big results.

Project | 04 Digital Storytelling. From online to offline
Digital storytelling is a powerful tool to create links between a topic and a community. I have chosen some projects that I am proud of.
INTERNATIONAL CAMPAING. HELP DIAMANDA COME HOME:
Crowdfunding action: collecting 85K $. From online awareness and developing actions to different online audiences across 3 diferent countries (seeding, social ads, posting social media, involving existing online communities) we managed huge offline awareness and be able to fulfull our objective.
WEBDOC AND STRORYTELLING #LasSinSombrero
Innovative product for online and ordinary TV Broadcasting, buzzed months before TV launching in social media channels. Growth hacking techniques, for a niche community, that supassed to bigger audiences. Final TV launching 10th october 2015, that managed to be TT during its TV broadcasting and up til now summing > 80.000 views online with no investment which has forced a national debate at Spain's Parliament's about it. International Campaing for Awarded Charity App
Food Share Filter awarded campaing becasuse of the utility and ability to impact to a natural audience by means of seeding in social media and viralization of the product in organic terms. No ad investment and thousands of downloads.
